If any fee applies, this will be explained clearly before the sessions begin. We believe parents should always understand the cost, timing, and purpose of any settling in arrangement.
We observe how your child responds during the tour, settling in period, and early days at nursery. We look at comfort, confidence, communication, separation, routine, and interaction with teachers and other children. We also keep close communication with parents so the decision feels thoughtful and informed.

Learning Approach
Super Kids Nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage framework through a play based and child led approach. Our curriculum supports communication, confidence, social development, emotional growth, physical skills, early literacy, numeracy, creativity, and school readiness.
Yes. We follow the EYFS framework and adapt activities to each child’s age, ability, and developmental stage. This helps children learn through meaningful play, guided exploration, social interaction, and everyday experiences.
We believe young children learn best through play. Each day includes a balance of guided learning, free exploration, sensory activities, creative work, music, movement, stories, outdoor play, and social interaction. This allows children to build skills naturally without unnecessary pressure.
Super Kids Nursery combines over 20 years of early years experience, a warm family run environment, long serving teachers, EYFS based learning, flexible care options, and strong parent communication. Our focus is not only on learning, but also on helping children feel safe, confident, independent, and genuinely cared for.
Development and Progress
We support children across all key areas of development, including communication, language, social skills, emotional confidence, physical development, creativity, early thinking skills, and independence. Teachers adapt activities so each child can progress at a pace that feels right for them.
Teachers observe children regularly during play, routines, activities, and social interaction. These observations help us understand each child’s strengths, interests, needs, and next steps for development.
Yes. Parents receive regular updates through our parent app and direct communication with the nursery team. We keep parents informed about daily routines, activities, milestones, and any areas where extra support may be helpful.
School Readiness
Yes. We gently prepare children for FS1 and FS2 by building independence, emotional confidence, communication, classroom routines, social skills, early literacy, numeracy, and self help skills. Our approach supports school readiness without making early learning feel pressured.
Before leaving nursery, children should gain stronger communication skills, confidence, independence, social awareness, emotional security, early learning foundations, and a positive attitude toward school. We want children to leave feeling capable, curious, and ready for their next stage.
Yes. We introduce Arabic in a playful and age appropriate way through songs, stories, simple vocabulary, repetition, and everyday interaction. The aim is to help children become familiar with the language in a natural and enjoyable way.
Individual Support
Yes. We understand that children develop at different speeds and may need different types of support. Our team works closely with parents to understand each child’s needs, adapt where possible, and create a caring environment where children feel included and supported.
We do our best to understand and support your child’s home routine, especially during settling in. At the same time, we gently help children build a consistent nursery routine so they feel secure, confident, and part of the group.
If we notice anything important about your child’s development, behaviour, routine, or wellbeing, we communicate with parents openly, respectfully, and early. Our goal is to work in partnership with families, not create worry or pressure.

Illness
Please keep your child at home if they are unwell, have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious symptoms, or are not well enough to participate comfortably in nursery activities. This helps protect your child, other children, and our nursery team.
If your child becomes unwell at nursery, we will care for them safely and contact you immediately. Depending on the symptoms, we may ask you to arrange pick up so your child can rest and recover at home.
Your child can usually return once they are feeling better and have been symptom free for 24 hours without medicine. For certain illnesses, we may ask for additional guidance or clearance before your child returns.
Medical Care
In an emergency, we provide immediate first aid, contact parents, and call emergency services if required. Our priority is to keep the child safe while keeping parents informed as quickly and clearly as possible.
Yes. Our team is trained in first aid and safety procedures. We follow clear protocols so children are cared for properly in the event of an accident, illness, or emergency.
Medication can only be given with written parental consent, clear instructions, and according to nursery policy. Parents must provide accurate dosage details, timing, and any relevant medical information.
Hygiene
We follow daily cleaning routines across classrooms, bathrooms, play areas, eating areas, and shared spaces. Cleanliness and hygiene are important parts of maintaining a safe early years environment.
Security and Pick Up
Only authorized individuals listed by parents are allowed to collect a child from nursery. This is a strict safety procedure and helps protect every child in our care.
We may require identification before releasing a child, especially if the person collecting is new to our team or not recognized. Children will only be released according to the authorized pick up information provided by parents.
Yes. Access to the nursery is controlled and monitored. We follow clear pick up, visitor, supervision, and safety procedures to help keep children safe throughout the day.
Staff and Environment
We follow recommended early years ratios so children receive proper attention, care, and supervision. Ratios may vary by age group because younger children require closer support.
Our team is trained and experienced in early childhood education, care, and safety procedures. Super Kids Nursery also values long serving teachers who understand children, families, and the importance of consistent care.
Super Kids Nursery offers age appropriate classrooms, play areas, learning spaces, and outdoor areas designed for early years care, play, and development. Our environment is created to feel safe, welcoming, and suitable for young children.

Settling In
We use a gentle and gradual settling in approach to help children feel safe, comfortable, and emotionally secure. Our team gives children time to build trust with teachers, understand the routine, and feel confident in the nursery environment.
Separation can be difficult for some children, especially in the beginning. Our team offers reassurance, comfort, routine, and close communication with parents so the child feels supported while gradually gaining confidence.
Every child is different. Some children settle quickly, while others need more time and reassurance. We work with parents to support the process in a way that feels calm, consistent, and suitable for the child.
Behaviour Support
We use positive guidance techniques that focus on understanding, communication, routine, and encouragement. Instead of simply reacting to behaviour, we help children learn how to express feelings, share, take turns, listen, and make better choices.
Challenging behaviour can happen in the early years as children are still learning how to communicate and manage emotions. We respond calmly, keep children safe, guide the child toward better choices, and communicate with parents when support or consistency is needed.
Yes. Emotional development is an important part of our approach. We help children build confidence, independence, kindness, empathy, patience, and self awareness through everyday routines, play, teacher guidance, and positive relationships.
